October 13, 2023, of Voorhees, NJ. Husband of Gayle Perlmutter. Father of Ellyn (Jeffrey) Gans and Michael (Pamela) Perlmutter. Grandfather of Felicia (Rick), Jared, Sarah, and Justin. Al was a supervisory logistics manager at Aviation Supply Office in Phila., PA. He retired after 35 years then acquired a position in Washington at the Naval Air Systems Command in the development of budgetary and support regimens for Naval aircraft for 20 more years.
