Melvin Philip Cohen

Melvin Philip Cohen of Medford Lakes, NJ died January 13, 2025. He was 95 years old.

He was the husband of the late Carol Cohen; father of Diane (Byron) Druss, the late Holly (Stephen) Spatz and Michael; grandfather of Jason (Paige), Ryan (fiancé Marissa), Erica (Michael) and Barry (Krisoula); and great grandfather of Ezra, Michael, Connor, Hudson and Hailey. He is also survived by his companion Jane Carson and her loving family, three additional grandchildren and five additional great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Ida (nee Ansill) and Albert Cohen, his sister Anne Fingerhutt and her husband Daniel and his brother Maurice Cohen.

Relatives and friends are invited Thursday, January 16th, beginning 10:30 am to Platt Memorial Chapels, Inc. 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Crescent Memorial Park in Pennsauken, NJ.

Shiva will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday and Saturday at the home of Diane and Byron Druss.
