Harriet Love

Harriet Love, of Cherry Hill, NJ died January 11, 2025. She was 75 years old.

Harriet was born in Philadelphia, PA, to Ruth Sacks and Sanford Singer. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in education, Harriet married Steven Love in 1973 and built a loving family that became the cornerstone of her life. She dedicated 25 years to the Cherry Hill School District, serving as a teacher’s aide in a variety of classroom settings and roles.

Throughout the years, Harriet enjoyed numerous activities, including knitting, reading, and road trips to New England with Steve. Most of all, she loved being surrounded by her family. Whether visiting her aunts and cousins in her younger years, traveling to Philadelphia with her three boys to see her mother, or celebrating special moments with her three sons, daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren, Harriet was happiest when surrounded by her loved ones.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Love, her sons Scott (Anna Skiandos), Brett (Kimberly) and Gregg (Naomi). Bubbi of Alex, Ruby, Henry, Charlotte and Shira. Sister of Sherri Wilson.

Relatives and friends are invited on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 beginning 11:30 am to Platt Memorial Chapels, Inc., 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 12:00 pm. The service will also be live streamed on plattmemorial.com. Interment will follow at Montefiore Cemetery, Jenkintown, PA.
