She loved holiday meals, games of skill, vacations, and conversations with anyone and everyone.\nElva was always available to cook up a batch of her famous chocolate chip cookies or prepare her amazing chicken soup and matzoh balls. Elva and Joe were fortunate enough to travel the world, but she would have gladly traded it all to sit around the Passover table one more time with her family while Joe led the service. Elva loved going to Atlantic City, taking a cruise or visiting any place there might be a slot machine. Elva was always ready for a game of mah-jongg or cards, and dining out with her friends. \nElva remained active her entire life and lived her life to its fullest.
