Beverly B. Weiss

Beverly B. Weiss, of Voorhees, NJ passed away on June 12, 2026. She was the wife of Edmond Weiss, mother of Meredith “Mindy” Weiss Friedman (Jonathan Friedman) and mother of the late Ryan Weiss (Kimberly), grandmother of David Weiss, Max Friedman and Jason Friedman, and sister of Steven Eisenberg (Roberta) and Buz Eisenberg (Marcine).

Beverly met her husband Edmond when they were both theater counselors at a summer camp. They spent more than sixty years creating and performing shows with community and regional theaters, as well as countless productions for their synagogues.

After raising her son and daughter, Beverly returned to school and earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Bryn Mawr College.

This June 7th was their 62nd wedding anniversary.

Relatives and friends are invited Monday, June 15, 2026 beginning 10:30 am to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Inc. 2001 Berlin Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ where funeral services will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Funeral services will also be live streamed on Beverly’s memorial page at plattmemorial.com. Burial will follow at Shalom Memorial Park, Lower Moreland Twp., PA.

Shiva will be observed Monday night at CONGREGATION ADATH EMANU-EL, 205 ELBO LANE, MT. LAUREL, NJ. Doors will be opened at 6:30 PM and the Minyon Service will begin at 7:00 PM.

On Tuesday night, there will be a Shiva Service at the home of Edmond Weiss. Guests will gather at 6:30, for a Shiva Minyon at 7:00.
